Each of our architects and designers retains title and ownership of the original documents. The blueprints licensed to you cannot be resold or used by any other person, copied or reproduced by any means. When you purchase a reproducible set, you reserve the right to modify and reproduce them. Reproducible sets cannot be resold or used by any other person to construct a home. Home construction without prior purchase of a featured plan is a copyright violation. Furthermore, construction of multiple homes per single blueprint requires expressed consent by both the architect/designer and the site owner. Although all possible measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of the material presented, neither the designers, the publisher, nor the owner is liable in case of misinterpretation of directions, misapplication, or typographical error.
